- Flat Rate Anywhere Else: Shopping from another country? We keep it simple with a flat $15 fee per item, which is clearly shown before you pay.
2. Timelines: When to Expect Your Jacket
Our team moves quickly to get your outer apparel prepped and out the door:
- The 5:00 PM Cut-Off: If you complete your purchase before 5:00 PM, we lock it in that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move to the next business day's schedule.
- Processing & Inspection: It takes our crew 2–3 business days to pull your item, run it through strict quality checks, and pack it up safely.
- Transit Time: Once a global courier picks up your package, it spends 3–5 business days on the road.
- The Final Delivery: All in all, your jacket will usually land on your doorstep within 5–8 business days from the moment you hit buy.
- Note: Our team works hard Monday through Friday. We take a breather on Saturday Sundays and public holidays.
