If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet all return eligibility requirements.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
