Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM UK time (London). Orders placed after 5:00 PM UK time will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, including both processing and transit time.
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

International Shipping
For all other eligible shipping destinations, a flat shipping fee of USD $15 per order will apply.

P.O. Box Addresses
At this time, The Prime Jackets does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If multiple orders are placed, the applicable shipping charges will be calculated separately for each order based on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.
